Since 1991, Desjoyaux Pools has owned a unique industrial plant in Europe, with its headquarter based in Saint Etienne, France. An entire automatised site permitting production cost control and competitive prices.

By integrating the entire production chain, from invention right through to production, we can make the most of its leading-edge creativity while still maintaining total control over the quality of its end products, whether the pool concerned is 25 m² or 23,500 m² in size, installed in France or on the other side of the world. It is the strength of this production process that enables us to keep the market dynamic, by launching new innovations sure to attract ever-increasing numbers of customers. It also allows us to maintain control of prices, stock and supplies.

The first pool structure 100% recycled.
All our casing panels are manufactured entirely from recycled polypropylene mixed with carbonate. Once the recycling process is complete, they are buried in the ground to form a sustainable structure.

The pool structure
A swimming pool is a complex structure that must reconcile several different elements in order
to satisfy its end-users. First, a single-unit structure to hold the water; next, a filtration system to
maintain water quality; and finally, the shape and size of the backyard where the pool has to be
installed. Moreover, its design must ensure that the structure is solid and will resist all kinds of weather, while also allowing for rapid construction.

We have 45,000 m2 of factory floor in which the various components of our swimming pools are manufactured. From the very beginning, Desjoyaux’s policy has been centred on controlled, industrialised local production, guaranteeing a flawless and constant level of quality.
